We used Swoop Scoop for weekly pet waste cleanup for our dog Hank, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. They were always kind, professional, responsive, and reliable. If they ever needed to adjust our service day, they would always personally reach out to confirm and make sure it worked for us, which we really appreciated. Recently, we had to cancel service because our beloved dog Hank passed away. When I let them know, they sent such a thoughtful and compassionate message expressing their condolences. I already thought that level of kindness was above and beyond for a company. But tonight, our doorbell rang, and there were flowers on our doorstep from Swoop Scoop in memory of Hank. We were honestly blown away. In the middle of such a heartbreaking time, that gesture meant more to us than they probably realize. It’s rare to find a company that not only provides excellent service, but also genuinely cares about the people (and pets) they serve. We will always be grateful for their kindness and will absolutely be using them again whenever we get another dog. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet waste services.

My experience with Swoop Scoop have been nothing but awesome. On time, great jobs, nice techs and Great people. My Penny passed away recently 😢 and it has destroyed our family. And today I got an amazing beautiful gift Flowers 💐 from Swoop Scoop. I'm beyond thankful how much they care about their clients. Thank you to all the team at Swoop Scoop!!!
